Part four in Alden Tyrell's latest project: "Vorm Variaties", a 5 release series consisting of tracks recorded in the last 2 years. The "Vorm Variaties" tracks were a "Style Excercise" for Tyrell, flexing his producermuscle while health issues forced him to stop touring. Initially he had no intention to release these tracks but we found them so good that we were almost forced to start this series. All tracks selected are variations on classic techno forms, using classic style ingredients and the 909. All 5 "Variaties" are different in style, yet all homogenous, all with Alden Tyrell's sound signature... on point production skills and stripped down arrangements.

Coming straight from Poland, for this episode we welcome Michal Jablonski. A very prolific producer and DJ with a particular off-beat style of Techno, resulting in a rich mix of dense, industrial atmospheres and monumental film elements, all driven by energetic kicks.
VSK, who has recently joined HEX Recordings with a brutal remix, has released tracks from Michal on his very own imprint: CRS Ltd. Other labels like Newrhytmic Recs. have made him gain a fixed spot among the list of rising European talents, with a busy schedule in the coming weeks, travelling all over Europe and soon making his Asia debut.

Berlin is a Techno Utopia. 
Straight from the dungeons of electronic music’s best parties, Voxnox Records keeps on delivering uncompromising heat for the dance floor - since almost six years now. And with its third Various Artist compilation dropping August 29th, the rise of this independent label, collective and agency continues to grow in multiple directions.

Berlin resident @lars-huismann teams up with @chriskoegler on „Ripped Dreams“ meaning epic pad programming also teaming up with some most energising groove patterns in here. Meant to be played on a big system, this track feels ecstatic, yet liberating and most definitely rave oriented with its synths and small developing zenith. 
Berlin via Italy:

@alignment-3 definitely spells hotness on „Can You Hear Me“ - a beast of Kick/Synth harmony straight from and for a sweating and eventually soaking rave. With it’s small but therefore stimulating vocal fragment it fusions shaking drum patterns with ever pushing melodies.

Third in this row is @thambln's „Intoxication“ which is nothing less but an invitation letter straight from the warehouses of East-Berlin. Giving a marching groove some serious rave-pads, with essentially turning down into an epic break to drop most effectively just afterwards. Just fire.

Up next is a collaboration between @poligonism and Barcelona-based @lorenzoraganzini’s „Metal Works“ perfectly blending a forward pushing groove with detail works on the major scale, eventually burning the floor down with it’s ever rising and not stoppable energy.

The label’s A&R and powerhouse @septonly steps things up on „Suicide Generation“, bringing what he’s most known for: efficient power. You may realise his fractions and particular versatile style on every single element of this heat wave, linking powerful arrangement with his forward attitude.

@opal-berlin opens up the bigger curtain of this release with „Acid March“. An energy rising tune, combining shuffled hats with synthesiser-influenced drives sure enough to transport serious escalation moods while playing it out.

Newcomers „@blame-the-mono“ come from Youkounkoun and step through by flipping and chopping an old school acapella in its most effective way. On banging synthie-lines and some forward pushing groove galore, probably kicking the most out of the speaker system.

Last but not least is France’s new talent, producer & DJ - @quelza and his contribution „Olimpian Orbit“ rising dark pads, a continuous climax and unique drive by bringing diverse and ever evolving patterns, perfectly matching a hot night’s deserved finale on this compilation.

‘Conflict’ opens the release with fast paced percussion, sustained atmospherics and frenzied high hats before ‘Arise’ weaves acid dipped synths into metallic clashes and hard hitting stabs. ’Timeless’ is next, painting haunting textures with stormy effects, leading into ‘END’ which swiftly builds into a powerful cut complete with growling bass. Premiere: VII Circle - Conflict [HEX002]

VII Circle returns with a new EP composed of 5 monstrous tracks entitled "From the depths" and signed on the Spanish label HEX Recordings and scheduled for September 13th. All along this EP we rediscover the dark and post-punk aesthetic that defines the artist’s style, leading us into a dystopian world filled with aggressive tones.

"Arise" has an acidic vibe, led by a ravy saturated stab. We find again this uncanny, almost frightening atmosphere of a world on the verge of ruin.
