Producer of bass heavy beats, bass, breaks anmd more, and founder of Global Beats Festival, one of the world’s leading online electronic music showcases. 

He’s a Twitch Affiliate streamer, well established on the platform as part of Global Funk Fam, Team Brisk, Twitch Mob, and Kaleidoscope Music Sunday Sessions.

Hexadecimal honed his signature sound smashing speakers for the UK’s multi-award-winning club night Spectrum. 

He continues to push the boundaries, after tearing up the world’s best clubs and festivals and winning the Best Breakthrough DJ gong at the International Breakbeat Awards.

As a producer, Hexadecimal rose to fame when his remix of Sound Alliance “The Hit” appeared on James Zabiela’s 2002 debut mix compilation “GTDJ” and ground-breaking debut single “Brain Machine” ascended to the top of the DJ Magazine Breaks & Beats Chart. 

The Plump DJ’s featured his remix of Sound Alliance “From Home” on their critically acclaimed Fabric Live compilation in 2003, and Distinctive Records have brought his music to the masses releasing his debut album “Base 16” and follow up “Reform/Restore”.  These releases have been interspersed with various singles, remixes, EPs, and mix compilations. 

His decades long success as a producer and global breaks DJ combined with becoming the progenitor of the largest continuous breakbeat event on the planet make Hexadecimal undoubtedly one of the most influential artists in the scene.

Eddy Beneteau is overall a complete artist; main Dj, Producer and creator of Supalife Records in 2009, the originality of his sounds allowed him to work with ProducerLoops for whom he creates high quality sample pack series. His musical style and the quality of the sound he makes are supported by some of the greatest specialized webzines and magazines such as ComputerMAgazine, Future Music Magazine, Electronic Musician or the blog Rekkerd.org, which are very talkative about his work.

Lenny Dee (industrial strength Records) is recognized as one of the world's earliest House and Breakbeat pioneers. About a SupalifeRecords pack he will say: 

“When I demoed the pack, the beats sounded so dope I had to drop them into my production that I was working on that day. The breaks I used really took the production up a notch. They were well cut, totally user friendly, and they just sounded great! The pack had so many great bits to use, it was tuff to choose what I wanted to mangle first. If I had to sum this pack up in two words, it would be “Must Have”.

Eddy does not only creates soundbanks, he spent the last decade composing many club and dance floor titles, signed up on international labels and played all over the world by radio stations.

Hailing from Wellington, Aotearoa/New Zealand, Gimpgirl began DJing back in the very early 2000s. A diverse interest in music at an early age  - from punk and alternative, to hip-hop and UK indie, after spending the 90s raving and clubbing in the UK and NZ, and opportunity to have a go on a friend's turntables had her instantly hooked. It wasn't long after that she had her own gear and went from being a bedroom DJ to playing small events. 

She fell in love with and became a connoisseur of Breaks, ranging from funky and electro to progressive and bass heavy styles. Playing in some of Wellington’s well-known clubs and bars back in the early 2000s during the peak of a thriving scene, including Phoenix, the legendary Studionine and Nine Bar, and the iconic underground nightclub Sandwiches, she was a regular in line-ups at club nights such as the Breaks and Beats night Shenanigans, and the all-female DJ club night La Bella. As well as playing alongside well-known Wellington DJs, she has supported international DJs including Adam Freeland, Stanton Warriors, and Tayo, and been on numerous visiting international line-ups. 

After a period away from regular DJing, Gimpgirl’s passion for electronic music has never waned. 2025 has seen her return to the decks, reconnecting with what she loves. 

She holds on to her love of Breaks, blending them with Tech House, Electro, Progressive House and Minimal Techno, to deliver driving basslines and infectious rhythms to the dance floor.
