-How long have you been creating music?
I’m creating music since the early 2000’s, back then it was just for fun and i wasn’t really serious in achieving something. Than i had a break for some years where i was focusing on other things but somehow there were always periods where i felt a deep need to create music. Since 2019 now i am creating music every day and i love it!

-What do you use to make your tracks?
I use Ableton, lots of Plugins and some Hardware Gear to create my music. I have an old Jen SX 10000 Synthesizer from the late 70’s that i really like, the EMU Xtreme Lead 1, and some other stuff like the Roland Boutique machines.

-How and when did you first discover Dirtybird?
I think the first time a Dirtybird release caught my attention was in the early 2000’s when i bought the ep called „Deep Throat“ by Claude von Stroke. I used to play it a lot.

-Which Dirtybird artist would you want to collaborate with the most?
I guess that would be Claude as I really like his productions a lot and he inspires me the most. 

-If your entire life was a movie, what title would best describe you?
Surprise Motherfuckers

-What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
That’s very funny because just yesterday i drove 200 km with my wife to see Nils Frahm in Eindhoven, Netherlands and i was completely blown away by his genius and his performance. During the concert i was thinking that this is the best i have ever heart in my life. I highly recommend listening to him life because it’s absolutely amazing!!!

-If you could time travel, where and when would you go?
Probably i would go to California in the late 50’/ early 60’s to see the growth and development of the Hippie and Rock ’n Roll era. My father is a huge Rock n Roll Fan and i grew up with that music.

-What species of bird best describes you and why?
I’m definitely an early bird, as i love the morning and stand up pretty early. Other than that i would probably be a seagull as i love being at the sea and people sometimes consider me as a bit cheeky.

-What does Dirtybird mean to you?
It’s a great honor for me to be part of the label because i am following Dirtybird from the first, or maybe third release on and i used to play this records a lot. There are not so many labels that are there for so long and admire and respect the music and the passion behind it.
