My most vulnerable playlist.

This is music that I listened to over and over when I went through a loooong and sad period of my life. It seems that becoming a mother brought out my childhood traumas and the demons in my closet and I finally had to face my father's abandonment, my relationship with my controlling mother, and my anger towards my sister. My children came into my life so that I could be the parent my father was not to me, and so that I could be the Mother and Father that my beloved mother was to me. She was tough but that is who she is and I am deeply grateful to mama. 


Because I love my children so much, I had to forgive my father and share my children with him. I had to teach my children that it is important to love and have gratitude for our mother and our father because they gave us this gift called life. I am happy to say that I always loved my father and now I love my father more than ever :) This is a lot of the music I listened to while I was wilting like a flower, this is the music that understood and comforted me while I was dwelling in the lower worlds of sadness, anger and blinding depression. I can now listen to this music without shedding a tear -- well, almost :) 

Thanks to my Buddhist Practice, I can say that I now walk life with a whole heart and I am not afraid to keep it open!! :D I invite you to listen and I invite you seek Buddhist Wisdom because you too can awaken to your true happy self ;)

He sent me in a little package in the mail and I was happy to receive it. A few weeks later he called me to ask me if I had received the parcel and I said 'yes, I did' He then said, you are supposed to tell me "thank you" and I said "Gracias, papá"
