Long ago, two races ruled the Earth: HUMANS and MONSTERS.
MONSTERS, being weaker and more peaceful, strived to treat HUMANS as equals.
However, MONSTERS held the power to absorb human souls, gaining power unlike any man or monster to walk the earth.
This led HUMANS to, soon, fear MONSTERS.
Due to this fear, war broke out between the two races.
Through their sheer power alone, HUMANS were victorious.
With the few monsters that remained, the humans used a powerful spell to seal them underground. 
Eventually, nothing but myth and legend would remain.

A Shift in the System(ASitS) is a what-if AU set after Undertale's Genocide Route where Chara resets the world after gaining your soul, giving birth to a forever changed Underground. In premise alone, ASitS based off the idea of an Inverted Fate x StoryShift AU combination. It isn't meant to be a take on either AU's established canon. ASitS follows a new human protagonist promptly named Protag(yes, i don't have an actual name for them yet, please help)

(Yes, the AU name has "Shift" in it. No, I'm not doing it for clout association with StoryShift, it's just because it fits the title given this AU's premise.)

hey. its been quite a bit... again. i have been working on a few tracks but im realizing i dunno what im doing or how to handle an account like this. weird that im realizing this after my 2nd 6 month "break", but better late than never.
the song itself is an old "sanstale" thing i did a long while back, but thats not the point of the post. as of now, my laptop is on its last legs, leaving me unable to reliably do most things, music being amongst them. i do currently have a really big track thats more or less done but nowhere near enough polish for me to release it in its current state. alongside it, i was finally going to work on those requests you guys gave me a while ago and possibly a v2 for laze ablaze (theres a lot wrong with it, dear god).
so, in the meantime, ill try to post wips and unfinished tracks every now and then. moreover, i will *try* to be semi frequent with the uploads but i cannot promise that i'll follow through with it, seeing as college starts very soon.
sorry to let y'all down, but ill try my best to make it up to you guys.
