Every Friday evening I host a cozy & meditative dance session at b23 Space to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. We start in a circle, enter into silence with a guided meditation, move through music, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, connecting. Ecstatic dance meets Techno.

This set was recorded on 16.12.2022 and it's a special one for me as it represents the first time I stepped behind the decks while at the same time facilitating the event. It's an emotional and energetic journey through the music that has touched me deeply in the past months and is meant to tell a story of hope, solace and reaching for the light. I hope you enjoy listening (and hopefully dancing;) to it!
