Birth Name: Isaac Willis

Nickname: Ciphers Inc., Black Florida, Mackadocious

Height: 5’11’’


Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Isaac “ Ciphers Inc.” Willis moved to Frankfurt , Germany a month after being born. At the age of 10, he moved back to the United States and started  living in Belle Glade, Florida after his father went to prison in Germany. While growing up in Belle Glade (aka Muck City) he always wanted to Rap after constantly looking at BET videos everyday after school. When 2Pac came thru Belle Glade Promoting his second album titled Strictly For My Niggaz, Isaac got a chance to sneak behind stage for brief moment to meet Tupac. Since that brief moment, Isaac took rap seriously and never looked back. In South Florida, Isaac  became the unlikely martyr of reality rap and his music is a symbol of the lifestyle exacted on urban black America. With artists like Gangsta Rod (92k), Fiyay, OB, and Mystikal featured on tracks, Ciphers Inc. distributed over 80,000 c.d.s between Florida and Clarksville, Tennessee. Ciphers Inc. has open shows for Rick Ross, Mystikal, Young Dro, Trick Daddy to name a few. His musical influences are 2Pac, Outkast, Nas, Jay- Z, and Lil Wayne. Isaac’s discography to date are:

He has also worked with greats like Jon Cleary,Jimmy Witherspoon, Elvin Bishop,Renee Geyer,Georgie Fame,Rodriguez and many others in the fields of jazz,blues,pop and rock. He has performed at major festivals and clubs around the world.

The new album GROOVIN’ features several of Greg’s original tunes as well as some seriously funky blues and a couple of classic songs from the 60’s, including the title track. The strong grooves and horn section drive the music along, and the great soloists, vocalists and guests add wonderful spice and colour to the music.

The HIP OPERATION are a musos band , and the album features many talented guests including the late Dave Ades on alto sax, Jojo Smith, Rick Fenn{10cc},slide master Kirk Lorange,and Kere Buchanan and Hamish Stuart.
