I'm Tom Swifty - shifty and shady / Liftin ya lady when your back's turned, burn spliffs daily / You can find me at the bus stop wearin a tie / A glare in my eye, sportin a grin at the same time / Blame my heat for the hole in the ozone / But I don't rhyme for frozen water and provolone. 

Born out of the ashes of Twin Cities Hip-Hop crew Death Ray Scientific, a collective that featured members of Wide Eyes, Bottom Feeders and former members of Dialogue Elevaters, among others. 

Over the years, I have rocked shows with the likes of Eyedea (R.I.P.), Kristoff Krane, Carnage, Desdamona, Ill Chemistry, Kanser, Guante, Background Noise Crew, Wide Eyes, Spy MC, DisputeOne, Phillip Morris, Sage Francis, Heiruspecs, Rheteric Ramirez, Madd Illz, and many more. 

I currently reside in NYC and believe/fear my latest album may be the best thing I'll ever do with my life.

Born in 1984 in the Southern part of France (near Montpellier), Tha Truth Tella has been a beatmaker since 2003. Originally called More Faya, he was the beatmaker for a Liberian MC who was living in france: New Man. His first crew was called Tuff Dollars (New Man/C-Money/More Faya) and then became New Lane Incorporated (New Man/ More Faya). The crew’s music was a mix of african, european, and american urban music and only released very confidential songs and mixtapes.

When those crews ended, Truth continued to work on his productions and began to produce tracks for U.S. artists, as his hip-hop influences were mainly American. That’s how he made the first connections with Number 2, White Jesus and other Chicago artists such as Phillip Morris and J.White. Since the end of 2008, Tha Truth Tella is officially part of 6 Rings Music Group and is more and more involved in the projects of the label.

He also works with other U.S., UK and French artists. With his own distinct style, he mixes old school, new school, dirty south, west coast, and east coast ... Influenced, among others, by movie soundtracks, asian culture and great U.S. producers such as Dr. Dre, The RZA, Timbaland, Lil Jon, and a lot more ...

Truth has always been linked to the english language, from his studies to the samples he uses, from his music to his trips. He is also particularly attached to his “Southside” as he likes to call it, and its lifestyle. Mix some country boy of France with US rap and add a pinch of madness, and you've got yourself a Truth Tella.

Personnage mystérieux de la galaxie rap hexagonale, ZIak adapte depuis 2020 les codes de la drill londonienne, sa principale source d’inspiration. Ne laissant derrière lui aucun élément biographique et limitant sa communication à quelques posts cryptiques sur les réseaux sociaux, il mise tout sur sa musique : jamais en effet son visage n’apparaît dans ses clips, ni ne filtre aucune information sur son identité, tandis que les commentaires sont désactivés dès lors qu’il publie un nouveau clip afin de susciter un plus grand engouement. C’est avec le titre « Raspoutine » qu’il se révèle, dans un style cru et sans concession. Rapidement, une rumeur circule, sans que celle-ci ne soit jamais officiellement vérifiée, ni démentie : Ziak serait en réalité la métamorphose drill du rappeur Mickeysiem. Quoi qu’il en soit, Ziak entérine sa présence et son positionnement sur la scène française tout au long de l’année 2021 avec des titres tels que « Fixette », « C’est la vie », « Ronaldo » ou encore « Galerie ».
