Jamie Ro creates a UK-rooted blend of house, garage and bass music.

Previously releasing under the alias Digital Switchover, with a debut EP signed to Warehouse Records — the label founded by Lee Mortimer (now Friend Within) — and supported by BBC Radio 1.

As a sound designer, his synth patches have been used in major tracks, including Dvbbs and Borgeous 2014 hit TSUNAMI.

I have been making music, non-professionally for many years. Although I did study music at A-Level in Secondary School I haven't had any teaching since then, and due to studying guitar and drums, everything you hear on this page using orchestral or synth instrumentation, I have had to learn myself through trial and error, and of course by listening to lots of music.
