Up next in our Free Download series is Fassi's rework of the Jimi Jules smash "My City's on Fire".  This rework after his debut release for us "Desejo Luoco" alongside Brazilian vocalist Malvina Lacerda made quite the impression. 

Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Fassi found his way to electronic music only when he moved to Montreal, discovering the city's eclectic club scene. After months practicing his craftsmanship as a DJ, he quickly saw himself warming-up for rising artists such as Lake People or Good Guy Mikesh, as well as playing in the same parties as top-notch performers like Recondite and John Tejada.His production talents have top now been recognised by labels such as Bar25 Music, Art Vibes Music and Motek to name three.

Trata-se de uma obra experimental, com faixas de estilos variados, ordem caótica e sem conexão aparente entre si. Essa estrutura representa a mente instável do personagem fictício Mc Cabecinho, que sofre da “Síndrome de Cabecinho”.

O álbum inclui gêneros como shitcore, shitfunk e shitrock, que podem ser interpretados como reflexos de distúrbios mentais do personagem.
