HIDEOUS INPUT - Self Sufficient

Originally a one man project, Den's self-produced double album (Life-Sex-Death in 2001 and E-Sides in 2002) met with high praise from a cadre of underground-music critics and fans abroad. In late 2005, Den (formerly of O'er the Ramparts) teamed with Jonny (formerly of Jazzyspoon) -- a (then) studio guitarist for from-Noise-to-Water Productions -- and soon after began work on the Primary Controller EP. In 2007, after nearly 2 years of performances in support of the album, the band went on extended hiatus. A compilation of various tracks (Self-Titled) was released via Bandcamp.com in 2011 to commemorate the ten year anniversary of Life-Sex-Death.

Called "a definite must-hear for any electronica fan" (Indie-Music.com), Hideous Input has appeared on the ? soundtrack, Lamb TV, and the RivetHead Records/GMI Independent compilations: Blackend, Black Winter, and Blackend White; as well as ZetaKaye House's This Ain't No Cowtown, Vol. 2.
