Naiwa is an African word that means resilience and the blessing that comes after the rain.

It is a musical project created by Kiara Genovese (singer-songwriter) and Zanate (producer, multi-instrumentalist). 

Founded two years ago, Naiwa is now releasing its debut album, 'Presencia', in February 2025.

About the Album - 'Presencia'

'Presencia' is a fusion of downtempo, folktronica, and medicina music. The album carries an uplifting energy, designed to inspire movement and connection, making it perfect for ecstatic dance and sing-alongs with its catchy melodies.

About the Artists

Kiara Genovese is an Italian singer with a background in jazz and bossa nova. 'Presencia' marks her debut as a singer-songwriter. Beyond her work as a musician, she is also a dedicated vocal coach specializing in voice therapy and healing ceremonies.
