I love this; the “Heaven’s Night” sample works so well along the “escapism” based ethos of the song (i.e., the melodies/euphoric builds/lyricism). Taking “Silent Hill 2” (the source for “Heaven’s Night”) as an allegory to “human psyche” threads together a fascinating synchronicity. As in the games context, escapism avoids acknowledgment/builds delusions to evade the genuine confrontation of self.
