I also swear that the sheriff is the same actor as the guy who shot Mac in the 20's

I think, actually, that Mac new about it. He's always fond of newpapers, after all. I think he was out with Carl intending to celebrate, and that's why he took the sheriff to task.

A friend of mine credits an episode of ST:TNG with changing his mind about homosexuals. I had thought that episode was too far removed to possibly affect people, but clearly I was wrong. It couldn't effect me, because I don't have that problem. It probably couldn't affect a die-hard scuzzball. But it affected my friend. Maybe it's the same with this episode. You guys aren't racist, so you don't think this is hard-hitting enough.

In their first ever bonus episode, the Rewatchers revisit the best and worst episodes from season one, rate the best  guests and villains, rank the cops, count up Mac's quickenings, and discuss their high hopes for season two. 

1 - A Season 1 Round - Up

In the penultimate episode dedicated to the original Highlander, the Rewatchers have something to say: it's better to Mack it with Mac than be Kurganned away! In this chapter the Rewatchers discuss an awkward romantic connection, take a trip to the zoo, and discover the origins of Russell Nash. 

Highlander The Movie 1 - 6

In the highly anticipated premier of Season 2, Duncan must leave Paris to find Darius's killer through the power of zip codes and flashbacks. The Rewatchers consider a run for congress, purchase some laser surveillance equipment, and get weirded out by the chemistry between Richie and Tessa. 

2 - 1 The Watchers

When Duncan attends a photography showcase featuring his flame from the 1920's and his emotionally damaged immortal friend Gregor, he must save them both from angst and crummy art. The Rewatchers get amped over this country's most souped-up road monsters, discuss whether immortal lives have meaning, and compare the power of swords to pipes and jackets. 

2 - 2 Studies In Light

Duncan must help his old pal(s) Michael Moore (the immortal doctor, not the filmmaker) track a serial killer who is literally back from the grave and seeking revenge. The Rewatchers enjoy a sweaty first meeting with gym owner Charlie DeSalvo, do a barrel roll through the industrial complex in Duncan's backyard, and pour one out for the noble fallen Watcher -- Josh. 

2 - 3 Turnabout

The Rewatchers sit down with Amanda Wyss, Highlander's own Randi McFarland, to discuss the atmosphere on the season one set, the future she envisioned for character, what it's like working with stars like Adrian Paul and Joan Jett. 

Chronicle 2 - Amanda Wyss

After Tess is captured by a sadistic Watcher, Duncan must piece together her whereabouts with the help of psychic porn star Traci Lords. The Rewatchers discuss Ms. Lord's eclectic filmography, follow Duncan on a magic fueled non-mystery, and shed a tear to Dust in the Wind. 

2 - 4 The Darkness

When Richie thwarts an attempt to assassinate the British ambassador with one of Rico's famous chili dogs, he must learn to fight before the immortal Sheena Easton takes his head. The Rewatchers grapple with Tessa's departure (and Mac's whiskey fueled rebound), laugh as Richie gets pummeled, and learn Sheena Easton's special move in a sweet montage.

2 - 5 Eye For An Eye

In a very special bonus episode, the Rewatchers sit down with the immortal Adrian Paul to discuss the evolution of Duncan MacLeod, what it was like to take over the mantle of the Highlander from Christopher Lambert, the rigors of shooting, charity work, and so much more!
