On this episode Matt sits down with Sky Cowans. During the conversation Matt and Sky discuss how Sky began creating video content and the origin story behind Sky Life. The two then jump into the topic of Ketamine, a disassociative psychedelic that has been gaining popularity recently, which Sky had recently made a documentary about. They discuss her intense journey with the compound, and the 'Light Language' that flowed through her during it. They then discuss Sky's time spent with Wim Hof, cold therapy & ice-baths in general, and finally some inspiring words for people who may be dealing with a creative block in their life. Unconditional - A Live Ecstatic Dance at the Asheville Movement Collective - 6.30.2023

This will be on the new album "Lost and Found", which will be released on the 19th of September (prerelease on the 5th of September on Spotify exclusively). 

About this album: 

"Lost and Found" is a moving and finely detailed album by PNFA, the musical project of German artist Wolfram Gruss. Known for his reflective and atmospheric style, Gruss delivers a collection that blends downtempo, chillout, and trip hop with cinematic and electro-acoustic elements, resulting in a rich, immersive sound.

Most of the tracks are instrumental, unfolding slowly through layered textures, ambient tones, and subtle rhythmic patterns. Each composition is carefully arranged, showcasing a strong focus on sound design and emotional nuance. The music feels organic and spacious, balancing electronic precision with a warm, human touch.

Alongside the instrumentals, the album features several vocal pieces that add lyrical weight and emotional clarity. These songs deal with themes of love, separation, and the emotional complexity of letting go, offering a contrast to the abstract mood of the instrumental tracks.

PNFA’s production style is deeply nuanced, with every detail—from gentle melodies to atmospheric field recordings—thoughtfully placed. "Lost and Found" stands as a cohesive and expressive work, shaped by both technical skill and a strong emotional core.
