Emily Kuser has been exploring various spiritual traditions including yoga for over 12 years and has been teaching for 8. She has practiced thousands of hours with incredibly respected facilitators worldwide and holds certifications in Anusara Yoga and Embodied Flow. Emily is a  facilitator at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali and offers classes in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa & Meditation as well as weekly Women’s Circles. Emily has has a sincere curiosity about energy and wholeheartedly investigates how various healing methodologies and spiritual systems work with energy. Emily most frequently studies with Tara Judelle & Sally Kempton— two greatly influential forces in her life.  She also makes regular visits to the High Priestesses of Bali and travels to Nepal to deepen her understanding of Tibetan Buddhism. Currently Emily is working towards a license as a health care professional specializing in women’s health. She has lived in Ubud, Bali for 8 years and has been a key organizer in the the annual Bali Spirit Festival. Emily’s vision for the High Vibe Yoga project is clear…she wants to ‘shake things up’.
