Los Angeles is a progressive ride, the track builds up and bounces along with a repetitive bass hook which drags the whole dancefloor along for a ride, before the EP closes out with Our Best Trip... a deeper number featuring the vocals of Julia Marks.

Leo Cap - Flavour [Deep Dark & Dangerous]

I’m proud to present this eclectic collection of tunes from legends and new names alike in the modern dubstep movement. My vision for HVA started that way, to join artists who have persevered with those who are just starting out. I did this not only to help those trying to make a name for themselves, but because there are many new artists who deserve such an outlet. It can be extremely hard starting a new project, and I hope listeners can be motivated to find and support new and upcoming artists as a result of this compilation. 

Dubstep is evolving, and I chose some of these tunes to showcase a newer style emerging. Some of them keep the roots of dubstep alive, as I feel that’s an important aspect to acknowledge and respect, and some are just straight bangers. All have a special place on this label, and all deserve a listen. Big up to everyone supporting the label, please support the artists in any way you can. I hope you enjoy HVAC002, the second iteration of the free compilation series.

Wolf'd & Relativity Lounge - Distracted (JT007)

Wolf'd's collaboration with Relativity Lounge on track 3 - 'Distracted' is a culmination of Wolf'd's thick sound pallet and RL's more alternative style of dark electronica. The tracks slower 130bpm template opens up a more experimental arrangement, bursting and retracting rich sonic expressions, fortifying itself with intricate breaks whilst being led by a pulsating melodic tone varying in expression.

Hailing from the ATL, and reppin' the 1155 crew, man like Parrotice comes correct with this spooked out tune entitled "Cycles". We are really stoked to feature his unique & forward-thinking sound, and are truly astonished at how much quality music he has cranked out over the years. This tune carries a very spacious and gripping vibe, equipped with punishing sub-movement, intricate percussive elements, hair-raising atmospheres, and very fluid progression throughout.
