Our new guest is @emilsunesson
Sune is a producer, label owner and DJ hailing from the coastal city of Malmo, Sweden. Back in 2017 Sune appeared on the Icelandic label Lagaffe Tales in "Tale of Tales: Chapter 2" with his dusty disco groover 'I'Il Be Right Back“, followed up by his celebrated 12" debut "8 Till Late EP" on the Australian etiquette Kyoku Records shortly thereafter.

In present time, Sune is afﬁliated with arguably some of the most influential labels in the house scene of today, with releases on Let's Play House, Apparel Music, Better Listen Records and his own Honey Butter Records to name a very few. Because of his various musical outings, Sune has performed in cities like New York, Moscow, Los Angeles, Washington, Portland, Saint Petersburg, Amsterdam, London, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm.

Blur Records proudly presents the brand new EP of Angolan DJ, producer and label boss Fred Aster, titled "Jazz Space Pool," featuring US-based lyricist L Speaks, and two engaging remixes by producers Scruscru and Doktor Yok!.

We've reached number 27 in our mix series, and this edition is brought to you by our very own Sune, co-founder of the society of hi-hat appreciators that we call H.H.A.S for short. Sune has been playing out as well as made his own music for a couple of years now, and as well hosted clubs in both Malmö and Amsterdam where he studied sound engineering. A house head for sure, he often labels the music he makes and plays the most as "honey butter", a great term to sum up the vibes he strives to transmit - a lot of organic elements, smooth rhodes, keys and strings, rare samples from great songs from decades back, combined with the driving hi-hats and percussions that constitute the trade mark of H.H.A.S. Please enjoy this smooth sailer of a house mix!
