All I Want

I recently got an plug-in acoustic electric guitar, so I wanted to try a recording set-up for acoustic covers (or songs). Heading Home, which is one of my favourite songs ever, was also the first song I ever learned to play along to on the guitar (and in a way was actually a motivation for starting guitar since I really wanted to cover it). So doing this cover really feels like I've come around full-circle.

I'm not really that good at guitar at all, but I thought the result was pretty neat, and I'm proud with how this 'performance' turned out! Now that I have a proper guitar set-up, I might start doing more acoustic covers, hopefully getting better at playing and singing at the same time lmao

This was recorded with a Shure SM7B & Fender Redondo Player both plugged into a Focusrite Scarlett Solo, then mixed in FL Studio 21

The sunflower in my dream was kind. She listened to my nonsensical stories and answered my anxiety-induced questions about the people around me. I had not felt such warmth and kindness from a flower (or anything) in a long time. I cried like a child the moment I woke up, realizing that it was all a figment of my imagination.
