Kultur Lab is based in Oslo. Inspired by different subgenres of electronica and experimental music, you will find a place to listen and find new ways of understanding sound and rythms.

Since the beginning of the 90's, HILL OF VISION  avidly immersed  into the music scene beginning with the trance movement that led to  ongoing interest into underground music. 
No boundaries for genres or styles, but described  by a distinctive taste. HoV take the listener on a journey, a balance between music for the  mind, and music for festival,  forests and dance floor  His sets and his productions are usually defined by the deeper side of the spectrum of techno.
