Between moody laid-back and swirling upbeat, the music of the Belgium-based producer/DJ Poldoore is organic and contagious. Having crafted several singles and EP’s on international labels such as Chinese Man Records, Darker Than Wax, next to remixes for established artists such as Wax Tailor he can rely on his 300K monthly listeners. Season Two is the new compilation album from Loci Records, curated by downtempo favourite Emancipator. The collection is a wondrous explosion of vibrant sonic textures enriched with soulful and emotive pieces from notable Loci alumni artists, as well as several new additions, heralding what's to come from the label.
A contemporary look at where downtempo stands today in electronic music, Season Two weaves in and out of various flavours ranging from instrumental hip-hop, lo-fi beat, ambient IDM, left-field electronica, and more.

Night Sky is a song taken from my new EP: Forevermore, which is out now on all digital services.

Filled with dreamy melancholy, analog warmth and a dusty organic touch, Forevermore is my latest endeavour in downtempo electronic music. While my earlier work embraced the art of sampling dusty vinyl catalogues, this release is based around crafting atmospheric emotions in collaboration with some of my current favourite producers and musicians.
