Inside Ice Wind Fence, Oak Leaves Dropped Into Horsetail Ponds At Walltown Sur Rêve

This track is a reassembly of original field recordings made by :zoviet*france:, and used in their 2021 composition “Hidden by the Wall”. All of the source material, with the exception of a bit of dialog to recontextualize the piece, was recorded by :zoviet*france:, and then treated, decomposed, and remixed in our studio in March 2021.

Hidden By The Wall (Roadside Picnic Mix)

This is my contribution for the open remix project curated by :zoviet*france:, this track has been assembled using audio sources taken from “Hidden by the Wall”, a soundwork by :zoviet*france: commissioned by Green Croft Arts as part of its Collision and Conflict project.

Field recordings have been deconstructed and remixed at #1st Floor Studio, (Varmo, UD), Italy on Sunday, April 11th, 2021.

This part is a remix of Wire Fence - Rabbit Heugh, a contact microphone recording of a fence. Sounds were generated from midi conversions from the sound spectrum of the  field recording, part of the open :zoviet*france: soundwork "Hidden-by-the-Wall", commissioned by Green Croft Arts as part of its Collision and Conflict project:
