The 146th release on Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Ziger back to the label for a brand new single. The Greek artist last appeared on the Greek imprint in May of 2016 with a remix of Michael A's '17 Pounds'. Now fresh off an EP for Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music Ziger makes his much anticipated return to Movement with 'Faith in the Future' alongside remixes from SEQU3l and Matan Caspi. 

Much loved for his pure progressive house sound Ziger sticks to roots on 'Faith in the Future' and delivers one of the genres true gems. Anchored by pulsating tones and meaty kicks the piece moves through a variety of pensive motifs over its seven minute journey. Energetic yet meditative; solemn synths, luminous textures and subtle hooks wrap around the framework, ultimately leading to a charming break. Dulcet and dreamy, the one minute interlude shifts planes as the beats fade off before a tasteful build takes you back into the cosmos.

About the release :

To start its 2018 year, - Poincare label launches a series of various artists releases. The objective is simple, gather the most promising producers gravitating towards the label to- gether on the same release. For this premiere, the french duo Mediane and the swiss pro- ducer Specialivery are in the spotlight. 
The duo opens this various with an acid track with cinematographic influences. “The next rules” is undoubtedly effective. After getting himself noticed with “Atom (Auto Remix)”, the swiss performes one more time with all his talent on “Climb”. A captivating track, filled with subtleties, which offers new surprises time after time.   About Mediane :  When two musical universes merge to give only one. The project is the fruit of the collaboration of two friends, djs and producers. Originally, one offers a captivating and aggressive deep, the other an acid and devastating Techno. Since 2016, under the alias Me- diane, they propose a symbiosis of their respective styles. 
Two first EPs released on Poincaré Records label respectively titled «Shade» and «Insomniak» quickly enable them to be sup- ported by artists like Slam, Paco Osuna, Anetha, Alfredo Mazzilli, Mental Resonance, Djedjotronic and many others. 
Oscillating between mental, atmospheric and acid techno, the identity of the duo is marked by very aesthetic bass lines and darkly effective melodic arpeggios. 
After six months of production, several EPs are being program- med in 2018 on various international labels.

Release Info: 
Space meets rhythm on Moonwalks Galactica EP, brimful of intergalactic grooves in the shape of four dance-heavy original tracks. Opener Galactica sets the tone with electric pads and spacious, echo-ridden synths that create a playful yet compelling melody with a highly memorable bassline. Euplea is arguably the most stirring cut of the four, with a whirlwinding pad and incessant bass that emerge from the first bar. Nocturna brings forth equally spatial sounds, arched around a massive build up with a breathtaking drop. Its the perfect drama-infusing track, an ace in the sleeve when deployed at the right timing. Channeling huge drums in a tribal-like ambiance, Endless creates suspense through minimal layers and lofty pads, rounding off the release in a well-timed manner.

PREMIERE: Moonwalk - Galactic (Original Mix) [Stil Vor Talent]

Opening the EP is title track Upperground, an ethereal upbeat House tune which has been an essential component of the sets of Solomun in the past weeks. Atlas showcases their ability to step over to the dark side with a fist-pumping melodic Techno thumper.Closing off the record is Dont Bring Me Down, which was written by Dino Lenny and enhanced by ARTBATs brush into an emotional dancefloor hymn. The pairing of its string arrangements and the touching vocals of Dino Lenny will surely make for memories that last past the night out in which you hear it.

After two strong releases from upcoming talents, Innellea and BOg, including the hugely successful remix from Mathias Schober, the third offering on TAU comes from label heads, Adana Twins. ‘Risen’ sees the Adana Twins signature sound delivered in the form of a 3-Track EP, aimed firmly at the dancefloor with thunderous rolling drum beats and stabbing synth tones. The release follows the Adana Twins’ delivery of the twenty-fifth edition of the infamous Watergate mix series, packed full of ex- clusive, unreleased tracks as well as three of their own originals. Included in the compilation, their mind-blowing remix of Patrice Bäumel’s decade-old track ‘Roar’ has been received with huge support, currently sitting in Top 10 overall on Beatport. 

Simplistic in nature, the Adana Twins have stripped back their sound to provide an EP which at times touches on influences from Trance. Opening track ‘Pavan’ displays these features best, as the synth tones build into a firm and solid kick drum. ‘Maestro’ delivers a more robust sound, with heavy bass line primed for the peak time hours. ‘Ebrietas’ showcases Adana Twins finer abilities to mix between the lines of Trance and Techno, incorporating the industrial nature of the duo’s previous productions. The EP has been the Adana Twins secret weapon within their record bag for many months, delivering countless spine-tingling moments on the dancefloor. ‘Risen’ EP demonstrates that the forward-thinking duo are in tune with the times, whilst also push- ing forward their own unique sound.
