Chai Kowski has an Ukrainian ancestry hence his surname:  Tschaikowski. But he was born in Germany and producing music since 10-year-old. He has been  backpacking during two years. In that period had reserved a year to tour of the South America also Central America where he traveled to Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica & Nicaragua without time&plan&hurry. 
Since he's back in Germany he co-founded the https://soundcloud.com/conartism, a colletive  who come together to promote on a noncommercial level parties in the most craziest places under the open sky of Bremen, sometimes getting hunted from the police for it. It is a royal invitation to explore the urbanicity encompassed by music, where people can have fun, smile& experience unexploited sensations. Chai is also currently very excited about his first bookings for next summer festivals, gigs at Zurück Zu Den Wurzeln Festival and Zugvögel Festival.
This 29th edition was inspired by Chai's look-backing re-experience of his previous trip-trippy on South America. He remembered a lot of things which he almost had forgotten. He felt again the cold of the  Andes  biting his face in over 6000m &also heard the rain of the Amazon, recalled the dragging from Ayhuasca and  the blue&strong caribbean on his feet. This Set was recorded to show the various and beautiful colors of slow motion music. SlowMotion or Downbeat is not a music that gets divided into genres like deep and tech house just because one is a few BPM faster or a bit more percussive / less melodic than the other. In Slow Motion they can coexist bound together by their free groove and atmosphere.
This is also a little tribute to @lotte-ahoi s sloth disco sets, which heavily inspired me when discovering this kind of electronic music :)

In memoriam La Masacre del Aro (The El Aro massacre) October 22, 1997 in the municipality of Ituango, Department of Antioquia, Colombia. 

Let me take to on a trip through seductive deep and soulful vibes, surrounded by warped landscape textures and altered instrument sounds. This short mix contains a lavish variety of: Brazilian congas, timbales and guiros, classical Erik Satie melodies on violin, (very) deep oriental vocals and a few creatures from the rain forest. <3

┋Mira presents 'Tributo de los Andes' Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr. 83┋

Unser Podcast Nummer 83 kommt diese Woche von niemanden Geringerem als von der bezaubernden und umwerfenden Mira. 

Lange Jahre beeinflusste Mira die ost-deutsche Techno-Szene bevor sie vor ca. 10 Jahren ihre musikalische Heimat in der legendären BAR25 in Berlin, später Kater Holzig und jetzt Kater Blau fand. Während ihrer Zeit in Berlin hat sie ihren ureigenen Sound geformt, der an endlose Nächte voller Wunder und Gefühlstiefe erinnert.

In der Bar25 war es auch, wo sich Miras Wege zum ersten Mal mit Chris Schwarzwalder, NU und Jo Ke kreuzten; daraus entstanden sind nicht nur lebenslange Freundschaften sondern auch kreativer musikalischer Austausch, Kooperationen und ein nicht enden wollender Output an toller Musik.

Jeder, der selbst schon einmal in den Genuss ihrer endlosen Sets gekommen ist, versteht sofort warum ganz Berlin ihren speziellen Sound so sehr schätzt. Warm und  hypnotisierend geht er unter deine Haut und lässt dich mit einem Gefühl tiefer Verbundenheit zurück.

Ihre Erlebnisse und Gefühle eines 2-monatigen Peru/Anden-Trip stecken nun in diesem entschleunigten Meisterwerk. Vielen Dank liebe Mira das du dir die Zeit genommen hast und unseren Hörern wünsch ich maximalste Freude bei dieser Reise.

Both realized they have a common language "music" , after opening b2b for many well know artist, they decided to work together forming Zone+ & Usif. They released an Ep "Nomad" on Akumandra and 2 singles "Nubira" & "Sitar" with Talavera records.

In June they will have an EP coming out on Underyourskin Records featuring remixes by Canson & Monolink.

ᏗrutanᎥ's "La Esencia", or essence,  is a grey submarine which slowly ships to deeper part of the ocean, in a very strong shape. Going deeper may bring one to the end of the ocean, if it exists. 
Maybe he wants to find a new form of matter, excitement, peace or knowledge; who knows...

Joining him in this journey is a great experience indeed.
