Here's the criteria:
All tracks must have at at least one major source that is one or more of the following:
-Originate in a country that has linguistic, ethnic, historical or cultural ties to Spanish or Portuguese*.
-From an artist who is from or has ties to those countries.
-Has a significant part in the Spanish and/or Portuguese language(s).
-Is emulating the style of Hispanic/Latino music, regardless of origin.
(*It's debatable whether Portugal and the rest of the Lusosphere count as Hispanic, but in this case, I'll accept it.)
