It's by The Samples, performing a cappella outdoors with a brass band and segueing from Risin' To The Top into All Night Long. What a great vibe!! 

Well, I was just heading off to a party and I thought: that'd be a great one to play, lemme just add a little something to it. And, of course, as these things go, one thing led to another. And another...

Seeing how this was recorded, the quality is what it is, so enjoy it for what it is. Actually, if you think about it, it's two edits for the price of one.
