Miro Pasic is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning finance, real estate, philanthropy, and various other fields. Apart from his professional endeavors, Miro is deeply passionate about sports and is committed to making a positive impact in his community.

Miro Pasic is an alumnus of Princeton University, where he remains actively involved as an Annual Giving Volunteer. He also serves as a board member for Princeton University Hockey and the Cap & Gown Eating Club

David Grislis lives in Narragansett, Rhode Island, where he is happily married with two children. David is a man of action and loves hockey as well as advocates for adoption & foster care and reforms within the system. David's leisure time often finds him on the water or at an ice rink, where David Grislis is an active player and USA Hockey youth coach. David coaches a MITE hockey team where his twin boys are star performers and is an active member of the Souther Rhode Island Youth Hockey Association. David's favorite NHL team is the Boston Bruins and his favorite AHL team is the Providence Bruins.
