Saqib & Galactic Girl Unveil Playful and Theatrical House Cut ‘New Me’.

Get Physical Music welcomes Brooklyn-based artist Saqib, teaming up with vocalist Galactic Girl for a truly unorthodox house cut. Their new track fuses a hypnotic off-beat groove with orchestral flourishes, brass and woodwind arrangements, and a circus-like flair that harks back to the label’s early releases from acts like Nôze.

The production is driven by layers of Hammond organ, trumpet, and klezmer-like clarinet lines, all set against a waltzy, Eastern European–inspired rhythm. Helsloot Presents a Stunning New Take on Sailor & I’s Classic ‘Best of Me’.

‘Best of Me’ has already lived several lives. Originally released in 2020 with Ukrainian duo ARTBAT on Get Physical’s sister label METAPHYSICAL, the track quickly became a melodic techno anthem. The year after, Sailor & I included his own original album mix on Diving For Lost Treasure, showcasing its depth as a vocal- driven piece. Now, in 2025, Dutch producer Helsloot breathes new life into this modern classic as part of his Body Language Vol. 27 compilation for Get Physical.

This marks the fifth single taken from the campaign leading up to the album’s release on November 14. Helsloot takes the unforgettable vocal and frames it in a fresh, indie-dance leaning style. His version rides on a reduced yet hypnotic bassline and crisp synth layers, perfect for late-night drives or sunrise moments. Traditional breakbeat elements weave into the track’s groove, creating a balance between modern melodic house energy and a nod to classic electronic forms. Our penultimate release on Ready Mix for 2017 comes from Portuguese duo Maria and Luis, making their label debut under the 'Ohxalá' moniker to present us with their latest triple tracker 'Sereias do Planeta Vermelho EP'.

The title track 'Sereias do Planeta Vermelho' reflects the pair's obsession with ancient instruments and traditional sounds from Brazil, Africa, Portugal and beyond. Jungle sounds play with tribal percussion and haunting flutes, punctuated by subtle electronic touches in this hypnotic and idiosyncratic chill-out gem.

Also making his Ready Mix debut, spiritual sonic explorer and maker of 'shamanic psychedelia', Lemurian turns in a scintillating remix, making the most of the exotic parts and adding a few of his own to build a soul-stirring Deep Tech bubbler.

Second original track, 'O Barulho do Gizo da Cobra' blends eastern percussion with birdsong and a Brazilian spoken word vocal to create a sumptuous and languid vibe, reminiscent of Thievery Corporation.

On remix duties, nomadic Latin producer MiRET adds a hypnotic hangdrum and some heavier percussion to suit the deepest sunset sessions.

For the final original track 'Berimbal Regionau', Ohxalá once again blend instrumentation from across the globe with somewhat darker electronic touches to create something that sounds almost like acoustic dubstep.

Supplying the final remix of the package, Chilean musician and producer Rodrigo Gallardo takes the track into a flute frenzy over potent organic rhythms and guitars.
