Hive Audio Dark was created in 2020 as a subsidiary of established Switzerland based electronic music label "Hive Audio", founded by Samuel Gmür and Adrian Wöllhaf, better known as Animal Trainer.

The sublabel offers a distinct platform for the darker, dancefloor focused artists and their productions coming from Switzerland based as well as international artists. The label is affiliated with the infamous "Hive Club" in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland.

Main and recurring artists are the likes of Animal Trainer, Vanita, Definition, Reto Ardour, Manuel Moreno, Jimi Jules, Normen Hood, Mar Dean, Smash TV, Sascha Braemer, Jan Blomqvist and many others.

Hive Audio Dark welcomes Zürich, Switzerland based DJ/producer MIGUEL LAUTARO with his label debut SUPER SOLAR, a dark mystic downtempo Melodic House & Techno groover with a slight 80s flavour.

With Spanish and Chilean roots, Miguel has been passionate about the world of Techno since a young age. Creating Melodic Techno tracks with dreamy synth arpeggios and atmospheres, the talent loves to come up with innovative ideas in his work as a producer. In addition to producing his own tracks and performing as a DJ, he's also an audio-engineering student at the SAE Institute in Zurich. Further to that he's also a co-founder of the record label "Ingravity Records", which offers a platform for various artists in the Melodic Techno genre.

Alar and Ary Sya present their joint release on Bar 25 Music, the two-track EP 'Hard Stone.'

Both artists share a vision where music is more than sound, it is vibration, emotion, and transformation. Alar, known to many as the 'Music Healer', found his creative calling in Bali in 2019. His journey since then has been guided by the idea of healing through musical frequencies and connecting with people on a deeper, energetic level. With numerous releases on Bar 25 Music and its sister label TalkTalk Records, Alar has become a familiar name within the family. His track 'I'm Going Big' reached top positions across many Indie Dance charts, further establishing his presence in the scene.

Ary Sya, a French artist based in Paris, brings his own sensibility rooted in melody, emotion, and the invisible bond between artist and audience. Since his debut in 2016, he has developed a signature sound that blends Indie and Melodic House with cinematic flair. His music has been supported by artists such as Solomun and RÜFÜS DU SOL, and his releases on labels like Siamese have placed him among the most promising French electronic producers of his generation.

Together they create 'Hard Stone' and 'Couple', two tracks that reflect strength and introspection, merging Alar's spiritual depth with Ary Sya's elegant precision. A collaboration where sound becomes energy, and energy becomes connection.

‘Think That’ kicks things off, with rolling drums. Layers of percussion complement the momentum, while a heartfelt male vocal is the centrepiece of this emotive cut. Auggië builds up the tension steadily, stacking the energetic layers, while the vocal taps into your emotional centre. A solemn breakdown guides us into the second half of this cut, with the rhythm and atmosphere remaining captivating and heart-driven through to the end.

Finally, ‘My Garden’ closes out the EP with a harder-edge and morose vibe. The low end has a mean streak, while the beats are crisp and punchy. This is juxtaposed with the bright, though slightly warped, male vocal that gives this track its character. Auggië carefully nudges the tension up and up until we arrive at a searing breakdown, and the energy increases in the second half. There’s even a guitar riff in there, adding a distinct organic touch... Perfect end to a powerful and creative release.
