Background history.

Both originally starting out on plastic many years ago then to jump to CDJs and fast forwarding on to the digital side of the world, playing on the bill with some great artists from all over the UK, with numerous events and residencies over the years in home town of Kendal onto city events and local festivals. 

Taking a different approach to a world where people are playing otherwise other people's music and grasped it with total dedication to the make crowds elated. It's been a long time and one hell of a journey, Now as well as DJ, an Artist // Producer // and Remixer are queuing up to the stack of skills and repertoire, definitely here for the long haul and still as enthusiastically dedicated as ever.

For Media Whore the craft of DJing has been the ability to immerse not only in music but with the feelings and responses shared and built with their audiences. Using the memory of the very first applause of recognition got when starting a music career back in 1987. they have been able to build relationships based on an absolute respect for you all, without that there would be no connect..

What seams like a nanosecond ago and then just a young lad from Leeds Media Whore hit the 1’s and 2’s...
 

 Media Whore has spent the last 3 decades delighting crowds all over the world with performances. Gaining recognition from many household names in the business that we have come to know and love. Currently based back in Leeds, Media Whore are actively going about business. To date holding residencies in the UK, Europe and in the United States, including Ministry of Sound (London, UK), Glasshouse (Leeds, UK), SpeedQueen (Leeds, UK), Luna (Leeds, UK), Mint Club (Leeds, UK), Elbow Room (Leeds, UK), Norman (Leeds, UK), Cafe del Mar, Oh! Marbella, Deep, Teatro Kapital (Madrid), Fresh (Madrid), Bar 6 (New York, USA), Music Station (New York, USA) and Monster (New York, USA). Not to mention the numerous radio shows, even being the voice of HMV In-Store Radio.
 
  Fortunate to have been invited to guest at parties up and down the country and across the globe, Media Whore have developed a precious understanding of performing on all formats. 
 
There's an inspiration that Media Whore wish to pay gratitude for, it's to the many people met along the way, fellow DJ's, Artists, Promoters, Ravers, Club Goers, Record Makers, Label Owners, Distributors, but most of all the MUSIC LOVERS.
