After the release of the epic Paul Sitter album: Hip-Hop Delivery in 2023 &ndash; it was only natural to call upon some of the best remixers in our scene to put their twist on these timeless originals. Breakbeat Paradise Recordings is proud to introduce the vol. 1 out of 2 upcoming remixes package featuring a large range of styles from various corners of the electronic funk music scene.
Starting out with a true legend All Good Funk Alliance, who has taken the Go Move track featuring Andy Copper for a funky joy ride though some classic breaks and funky grooves. Followed by a big atmospheric redo of Global Chemistry by Mined Music who&rsquo;s taken a melodic hiphop twist on the otherwise oldskool original. The funky supersonic beat force Sonale came in on point as he turns the King Of Rock into his own on a beat and bass heavy funky remix. Freethinker Funk Essence takes a more chillout approach on one of the more instrumental track on the album called Nothing Gonna Change His Way.Roast Beatz takes it back on the floor with the dance friendly funky house remix of the Go Move&nbsp;featuring&nbsp;Andy Cooper on some classic disco funk grooves.Finally we see UK-based Towlie DJ taking the wicked B-Boy Impressions on a funky Drum &lsquo;N&rsquo; Bass ride to firmly conclude the first volume of the Hip Hop Delivery remixes. Paul Sitter and Andy Cooper - Go Move (AGFA Remix)

The celebration of the epic Paul Sitter album &ndash; Hip-Hop Delivery continues as a new group of the electronic funk scene finest joins forces for another collection of remixes. On vol. 2 we got a variety of remixers each doing their thing on the classic hip hop material from Paul Sitter and the long lineup of rappers and vocalists.
Starting off with the label owner BadboE giving his signature funky treatment to the timeless Global Chemistry featuring Craig G. Followed by discObeta bouncing up the epic B-Boy Impressions. Omegaman is back in the production chair and BBP were lucky enough to get him to do a classy nu funk remix of the Wild Things jam.
Pecoe gets to work on King of The Rock giving it his funky twist while Crash Party give that same track a big beat tempo switching remix. Dal Platinum get busy with a neat groovy remix of the Dr Syntax featuring It&rsquo;s On Like That while The Fritz takes a downtempo approach to the Go Move track featuring the awesome Andy Cooper.

Remember when going out used to be fun? Do you prefer dancing to posing? Does your idea of dressing to impress have nothing to do with designer labels and everything to do with finding a gorilla costume in the perfect shade of purple? Bored of identikit ‘edgy’ nights called Fraktion, Elastik, and other ironically misspelled words? Well despair no more because THE HONG KONG PING PONG CLUB is here to restore your faith in the weekends!

During the late 00’s in the farthest flung reaches of the South West a group of friends were brought together by a mutual love of good music. With roots in Funk, Hip Hop, Big Beat and Breaks they had a no holds barred attitude
to their tune selection, playing a multi genre smorgasbord each bringing their own flavour to the mix.

Refusing to be pigeonholed and taking inspiration from nights like ‘The Heavenly Social’ and ‘The Big Beat Boutique’ ‘The Hong Kong Ping Pong Club’ was conceived. They rapidly gained a loyal party loving following at their spiritual home and residency ‘The Watermans’ in Falmouth and were soon playing host to the great and good within the scene.

Thrusting themselves in to the limelight with the infamous ‘Mixtape’ series the next logical step was to take the show on the road and bookings for booths in clubs and stages in fields quickly followed.

They have become a main stay at Shindig Festival, Shambala, Leopallooza and The Great Estate and have recently started to once again promote their own night’s back in Falmouth at The Underland Bar.

They love The Hong Kong Ping Pong Club and if you are inclined to dance like a drunken-hands-in-the-air Viking to bootie shakingly good music you’ll like it too!
