I stand on a cold and lonely hilltop at dawn,
A red sky greets me and I am forlorn.
Is it a warning of what is to come?
Around me, war drums start to drum.

From the mist, the dark foe forms,
Steel and shadow, a thousand storms.
Their banners black, their torches ablaze,
A sea of death bathed in a crimson haze.

Shadows crawl like wolves through the trees,
Whispers ride on an evil breeze.
The earth remembers, the lost bones still cry,
A storm is coming, and no one will survive.

Their War drums thunder, the end has begun,
The black sun rises, there’s nowhere to run.
Knights of the realm, with swords held high,
Ride into glory, beneath a dying sky.

Their steeds are restless, their armor gleams,
Eyes like fire, bound by oaths and dreams.
They know this night will swallow the brave,
Yet still they charge like a tidal wave.

Hear the omen, feel the dread,
The air is poison, the rivers red.
Blades will shatter, and shields will bend,
The drums are calling the final end.

War drums thunder, the silence is gone,
The blood moon rises, the darkness has won.
Knights of valour fall one by one,
But their names will burn on like the endless sun.

On the hill I stand, I am alone,
The drums keep beating, a hollowed tone.
The sky is burning, the prophecy sung,
The war has started—the end has begun.
