My 12-song project “One Moment in Time” is now available! What a journey, but it’s finally here. You’ll find some songs you’ve already heard, some that have been re-recorded, some remastered and rewritten, and of course, some new ones. 

Since La Jolla released, which was the first song I finished for this project way back when, to Someone Else’s Someone, which was the last one I finished, to redoing the entirety of Paper Planes which I wrote in 2016, so much has happened in my life that I had to write about One Moment in a Time where some things were absolutely shit and others were quite lovely. From finding love and losing it to reminiscing on times where I didn’t have to think about fuck all else other than completing my Pokedex on my brother’s Gameboy while I was insanely nauseous in the backseat from either my mom’s or Gary’s driving, this album encapsulates those experience through my “lights on, nobody’s home” lens. 

Lol. Anywaaaay. Thanks to all those who inspired these songs, those who heard them develop from ground up, and those who listen to them from here on out. Hope you lot enjoy this, because I love it… even though it stressed me the fuck out to make 😭

Haley Mae Campbell is well on her way to becoming one of Music Row’s shining new stars. In addition to making her CMA Fest debut in 2018, the music video for her single “Oughta Be” premiered on CMT.com in mid-September, and held its own as one of the most-viewed videos on the platform for over a month. She’s received local and regional radio airplay, and has over one million collective streams on Spotify. Her latest single, “Anything but Yellow,” hit the ground running—the track debuted on Spotify’s ‘New Music Nashville’ playlist and quickly gained traction. After jumping up the ranks to ‘Breakout Country’ a week later, “Anything but Yellow” now holds a spot on Spotify’s most prestigious country playlist, ‘Hot Country,’ which currently has over 5.4 million followers.

Written by Campbell alongside Jerry Jacobs,  “Asking for a Friend”  is the first single to follow Campbell’s previous EP,  Lovers Lottery,  released in April of last year. The acute premise of the song is conveyed through clever details in its playful lyrics, which bring listeners along for the ride in this youthful, carefree anthem. The music video premiered exclusively on CMT.com in mid-April.			

New York-born and South Carolina-raised, Campbell’s music is a hybrid of city-slicker sass and small-town sensibilities, mixing rock-style vocals with a country-style twang. Since the release of her first album in 2015, Campbell has opened for country stars including Luke Combs, Brothers Osborne, Dan + Shay, David Nail, Lauren Alaina, Carly Pearce, Thompson Square and Tyler Farr as well as folk stars The Avett Brothers and performed alongside headliner Sheryl Crow at Charleston’s 9th Annual First Flush Festival.	

“Lose My Number,” is a spirited, radio-ready tell-off to a “loser ex-boyfriend” while “Oughta Be” is a violin-laden barnstormer of hope and longing. Both appear on Campbell’s six-song sophomore EP, Lovers Lottery, which has collected over 900,000 streams since its April 2018 release.

“Moving to Nashville in 2017, I wanted to make a great first impression on the music community here. I truly feel that Lovers Lottery was just that, and I’m excited about what’s next,” says Campbell.

And what an impression she’s made – Campbell turned heads at the 2018 Country Radio Seminar when iHeartRadio personality and tastemaker Bobby Bones called the pint-sized artist out during a panel and asked her to sing on the spot for an industry-only room of hundreds. Belting the “Star-Spangled Banner,” Campbell held her own, and Music Row was lit abuzz.

At once playful and determined, Campbell is ready to knock down doors as she continues her ascent to stardom; however, she insists she’ll never lose sight of why she chose to make music in the first place. Says Campbell:	

“My music is a reflection of my life experience and it comes from the heart. With every song, the goal is to take the listener on a journey, paint them a picture and involve them in the story. I think that is truly what makes music special – when it can transport you to a different state of mind.”
