Biography.

My name is Gergely Kiss. I was born at 1985.04.26 in Budapest city in Hungary.
When I was a child I was already interested in sports. I showed suitability for swimming , later I drifted with the tide to the extreme sports because of the allurement for the adrenalin. I used to ride a bike in different styles (BmX Street, Downhill, Freeride). I have  tried out many different sports:
•	Diving
•	Base Jumping
•	Wakeboarding
•	Snowboarding
Thanks to the other sport activities I have found a comprehensive picture from the different needs. Meanwhile I met with the bodybuilding and the other sports were slowly neglected. Now I have been doing this sport for more than 15 years. I made an exam to be a judge and a personal trainer int he IFBB alliance in 2008. I have worked with people since the beginning. Because they turn to me with different problems and I’m able to find answers to their problems. 
It’s been several years, and I keep on helping my students to get a healthier and better life highlighting. the danger of bad nutrition and the joy of doing excercise and sports.

Már gyermekként nagyon érdekeltek a sportok! Akkoriban úszásban mutattam meg rátermettségemet,később az eXtrém sportok irányába sodort az utam az adrenalin vonzása miatt .Bicikli sportokat űztem (Bmx street),és Downhill stílusokban, de kipróbáltam sok egyéb más sportot is:
•	Búvárkodás
•	Bázis ugrás
•	VÍzisí
•	Snowboard
•	…
Eközben megismerkedtem a testépítéssel, és a többi sport szép lassan a háttérbe szorult! 1998 óta űzöm ezt a sportot,közben edzői, és bírói  képzettséget  is szereztem  az IFBB szövetség oktatási rendszerében ,és sportolóként is megmérettettem magam több versenyen melyeken többségben első helyezést értem el.A rengeteg kipróbált más stílusnak köszönhetően , átfogó képet kaptam a különböző sportágak más és más igényeinek szükségleteiről. Ezen tapasztalatok birtokában szinte a kezdetektől fogva foglalkozom emberekkel, mert rengeteg problémával kerestek meg, melyekre szívesen , és eredményesen tudtam megoldást találni. Ennek már több éve , és még mindig töretlenül segítem az embereket egy egészségesebb , és teljesebb élet megélésében rávilágítva a mai világ nem tudatos táplálkozási szokásainak veszélyére , és a mozgás mint öröm és kikapcsolódás átérzésére.
