Being originally Lebanese growing up in Ivory Coast, he finds influences from a wide variety of genres ranging from synth pioneers such as Vangelis and Tangerine Dream as well as rhythm masters such as Fela Kuti or even Fairuz, a symbol of the Lebanese musical heritage.
