Each year, Sounds of Khemit opens a new chapter in its mythological journey. Following in the footsteps of Osiris and Medjed, we now call upon Khonsu—the ancient Egyptian god of the moon, time, and travel.
Known as the Wanderer, Khonsu embodies movement and transformation. He governs the passage of time, the cycles of night and day, and the unseen energies that guide us through transition. As a lunar deity, he illuminates the darkness not with blinding force, but with subtle radiance—inviting exploration, introspection, and timeless rhythm.

Nes Mburu – Ninapo, followed by the hypnotic grooves of Milö (US) – On Me. Then comes the tribal fire of Mauricio Brigante – Wa Ba Mi Jo, before closing with the explosive energy of Yocon – Mi Nagizula. Vicious Recordings presents a new remix of Syncia’s club anthem ‘Love Endeavour feat. Kylie Auldist’, with remix duties handled by Matt McKillop, one half of the iconic house duo Soul Central, under his CENTRL alias.

Following the success of the original release, which saw Syncia collaborate with award-winning vocalist Kylie Auldist, ‘Love Endeavour’ became a regular fixture across international dancefloors. Now, CENTRL brings his own distinctive style to the track, layering touches of Disco, Jazz and authentic House groove throughout. The result is a rework that pays homage to the original while taking it to new heights, balancing classic club warmth with a contemporary edge.
Kylie Auldist’s unmistakable vocals glide throughout the remix, weaving seamlessly around CENTRL’s shuffling drums, flowing strings, layered horns and deep bass. The result is both nostalgic and forward-thinking, a masterful reconstruction that captures the essence of House music.

“This track has been a staple in my sets for years. Since Syncia first joined us in Ibiza and dropped his original mix, I knew instantly that it had something special, it just lit up the room. Remixing this one was personal for me; I wanted to bring it back to my roots and add my own flavour. It’s amazing to finally see it released and getting support from so many cross-genre DJs and big names, one even said it’s going straight into their ‘keep forever’ box, which was emotional.”
CENTRL is a respected figure in global electronic music. Best known as one half of the acclaimed act Soul Central, he has spent three decades shaping club culture through a catalogue of chart-topping releases. As founder of CENTRL Music, both a label and radio show, he is widely recognised for his influence and versatility across dance music while maintaining his House foundations. He has collaborated with leading artists, received a Grammy nomination, and earned major support from BBC Radio 1 and DJ Mag.
Matt’s musical journey began after moving from Australia to the UK, where he immersed himself in the underground club scene. Early support from the late John Peel propelled his career, and his work under various monikers dominated House, Nu-Disco, Funk, and Garage charts. His collaboration on the anthemic ‘Strings of Life’ cemented its status as a clubland hit, with the original named by Radio 1 listeners among the best dance tracks of all time alongside Michael Jackson, Donna Summer, and James Brown. He has performed at major events including 528 Ibiza, Camp Bestival, Secret Garden Party, Global Gathering, and Café Del Mar, while holding a residency at the award-winning Back to Mine in Ibiza under his Days of Disco title.
In addition to his DJ and production work, Matt continues to run several successful vinyl and digital labels, an award-winning agency and an acclaimed publication, cementing his status as a driving force within the electronic music scene. His CENTRL project represents the culmination of decades of experience and creative evolution, with this remix of ‘Love Endeavour’ standing as a testament to his enduring passion for authentic House music.
