The Tuba Twooz duo makes a welcome debut on Get Physical Music with a two-tracker that shows off their rich house sounds. 

Tuba Twooz is a live electronic project based between Moscow and Milan. They have established themselves with a nuanced house sound and electric DJ sets all over Europe. They have appeared on respected labels like Sol Selectas, The SoundGarden and Bar 25/Sirin and continue their fine form with this debut for Get Physical. 

The enchanting 'This Generation' opens up with a quiet sense of artistry. The deep house grooves are embellished with shimmering chords and whispered vocals that draw you in close. Carefully layered shakers, hits and muted melodies add to the richness of this most tender tune. 'People' is a more unhinged affair. It rides up and down a lumpy groove with sweeping chords and diving bass bringing real dynamism. This time the vocals are treated and twisted into wordless sounds and help add to the trippy nature of the groove. 

‘This Generation EP’ continues to mark out Tuba Twooz and their singular take on house music.

90watts returns after a short break and we dare to say it was worth the wait! Happy to welcome the multi talented Riigs on board with two tasty genre defying cuts + an additional remix by Frømme.

We've came to know Riigs as a versatile producer who's productions are always a guarantee for quality. You'll find his releases on Manual Music, Zerothree and Krafted Records to name a few. And now.. on 90watts as well!

The release kicks off with the title track 'Sleight of Hand', a powerful peak time cut which sits comfortably between the melodic- and afro house genres. Super catchy!

Then we move on to the mysterious sounding 'The Return'. A heady deep house cut, cleverly blending various ethnic sounding elements making this one sounding very modern- though very timeless at the same time.

To close the release we welcome on board Frømme. The Lithuanian producer has been turning heads with his output on labels such as ICONYC, Future Avenue and OH! Records and now delights once again, turning Sleight of Hand into a stripped down groover.

Meines & Yves Murasca’s ‘Mazunte’ dazzled in late-2021 as part of their ‘Mazunte / Me Calma’ release. Just over twelve months down the line, the track takes on a new form as Barcelona native Gianmarco Limenta delivers a delightfully deepened spin on the original mix.

Complemented by sultry spanish vocals and sensual brass segments, the track’s core of punchy drums and crisp percussion rides a rhythmic bassline as it ebbs and flows through several atmospheric scenes, making for a catchy underground roller - perfect for setting the vibe on any dancefloor.
