Yorkshire born and getting out playing live across Europe for the past decade, Jacksonville is helping lead the new generation of spontaneous and live performance in dance and electronic music. Operating on a nice compact but versatile hardware rig on the go, allows him to really spread his wings and move dancefloors in new and exciting ways. Chris's career spans back the mid-nineties when he produced and remixed for various labels. A veteran in producing and releasing his own music under various names has led to landing music on a list of respected and beloved labels worldwide like Thug, Hobbes Music, 20:20 Vision, Hizou, Plastic City, Leftroom, Shanti, Inner Shift and Dan Curtin's pioneering Metamorphic among others.

For a glimpse into his most recent work check out the FON EP on Hobbes Music and the newly released track named Elektra on the Sextant pt.2 EP featured on the Swiss label Unruh. He also ran his own labels with Doppler and Advance labels in the past. He also spends time writing a sound production column for IDJ and can be found in the tech booth at the Bongo, where he's one of the resident engineers. With over 30+ releases over the past 20+ years his well-rounded experience has grown to the strong demand for his live performances. His live sound is a mix of various genres all tied to moving your feet and your mind. House and techno are the over-arching styles but there is so much more to describe that you will hear for yourself in this live set.

EXTERIOR is the artist moniker of Edinburgh producer Doug MacDonald. Exterior represents his transition to electronic music and an embrace of the dancefloor. Doug played hardcore and noise-rock for a long time before eventually abandoning collaboration, nostalgia and formulaic rebellion in favour of synthesis. What he gained on the way was an understanding of the power of live drumming and years of finely honed performance-skills, something of an aberration in dance music.

Profile:
Rolando grew up in south west Detroit, a primarily Hispanic district of the city, he was heavily influenced by his Latin cultural rhythms and percussion. Inspired from an early age by his musician father, he pursued his own interest in music and became well known and respected within the Latino community. It was later when he heard Jeff Mills in 1985 as "The Wizard" that he discovered the innovative sounds of Techno. Through a mutual friend he was introduced to Mike Banks and joined the enigmatic Underground Resistance in 1994.

In 1999 'Jaguar' although not Rolando's first release on UR turned perceptions of Techno on their head, breaking into other genres of dance music and becoming an all time classic in the boxes of DJs such as Tenaglia, Carl Cox, Oakenfold, and Gilles Peterson. The track has a long legacy of reworking and lives on to this day many years later inspiring audiences from all genres.
In November 2004, Rolando left both Underground Resistance and his Los Hermanos project behind.
2014 saw Rolando  launch his own label R3 ( Roland Rocha Records) and has more or less  exclusively released his own music on his label since .
Rolando now a Dj for more than thirty –five years continues to work internationally as a Dj , producer and Remixer  with an eclectic clientele such as Marcel Dettman, Kraftwerk, D’Julz, Ben Sims, Skudge, A Sagittariun. Rolando continues to hold his residency 2006)  at Berlin club Berghain.
