All the sounds you are about to hear are made from real instruments, I used 3000 year old Mayan ,Aztec and Inca flute samples.
Ancient civilizations didn't used the same notes we use today, those early musical instruments like flutes were just mimicking what they heard in the rainforest, animals like birds, owls, wolfs, parrots etc...
This is by far the largest piece I wrote and I am exhausted.

I was inspired after listening to Jesus Flores Guitarrista's "Popurri The Beatles".

I had this tune in my head for quite a while, and now I finally recorded it. It's always fun to take new approaches to the recording process. It's certainly not as clean and polished as it could be, but there is another version in the works with the Laybow-legacy studio project.

A Song For Springtime

Under the pensive rain, as droplets gently cascade from the heavens above, I find solace in quiet contemplation. Each raindrop carries a soothing rhythm, creating a serene symphony that resonates with my thoughts. The soft patter against the windowpane creates an intimate space for introspection, where I can ponder life's mysteries and embrace the tranquility of the moment. The pensive rain becomes my companion, inviting me to explore the depths of my emotions, finding solace in the peaceful sanctuary it provides.

Under the pensive rain, I find solace in quiet contemplation.

And again I'm returning to Fantasy Land...
This time my bunch of misfits are going on a little trip and this short piece could be the background for these scenes.

First was Irish Harp which I wanted to test at last after getting it for free. Three base sounds was the idea that shaped rest of the track on the initially endless loop with time signature set to 3/4 on which I've layered the higher pitched melody that came out organically. Then I thought that I add some vocal VST which I've tested previously on "Have you Seen an Elf?". I wanted to check how it's perform on more intimate ground of folk song.

In my head I had a picture of a medieval inn and a bard starting his musical story. At some point, the picture shifts to a group of heroes travelling through austere, gray and blue, dark and cold places, villages where people in coarse robes work, sometimes rainy, sometimes sunny and green landscapes. Some scenes showing our group from a bird's eye view, slowly and laboriously moving towards the goal. The music ends when they arrive...
Musically, I wanted the initially intimate theme to change, or rather expand, into a symphonic illustration in accordance with the image and the advancing journey. So that, apart from the theme, there would be a depth complementing the image, also more and more distant from the initial location.
