Following a string of solid rework releases for We Mean Disco, Discoalition, and Sound Exhibitions, Breixo returns home to Movierecords. As usual, the versions offered emphasize the grooves and musicality of his source material, whilst also beefing up the bottom end with some swinging house beats. He kicks things off with the bluesy disco-funk hustle of "Super Sporm (Edit)", making great use of the original's rubbery, low-slung bassline and guitar-laden disco groove. "All My Love (Edit Mix)" sounds like an instrumental re-rub of France Joli's "Get Over You" - admittedly with a few subtle differences, suggesting the source material is different - while "Give Me (Edit Club Mix)" is a deliciously loopy, but still pleasingly loose, disco-house chugger with an excellent build-and-release structure.

This may well be the last tune I ever post - as I'll probably get bumped for even attempting to edit such a stone-cold classic. Pure sacrilege, I know, but before you reach for that pitchfork, check it out - I've been kind to it, I swear. 

It's aligned to a tempo to make it easy for a budding DJ to play the flock out. And I've layered some tasteful grooves throughout and a sore-ass bass during the god-like epic moments. That way, if you haven't already melted from the pure gorgeousness of Minne Riperton's vocals, you may at least bask in its blistering sub-boominess.

Either way, if this doesn't move you (or your bowels), you are possibly dead inside and should seek advice at your local mortuary. Sorry.

The song is seen as exemplary of "top-rate" soul songwriting in which Saadiq takes unorthodox metaphors and builds variations on them in a uncharacteristically high pitched voice. It was released as a single but surprisingly did not chart.
