Alex Lauks (@alex_lauks_ofc) is Alejandro Camps, a computer engineer from Barcelona who has long used music as a means of expression beyond coding. With a deep background in hip hop, reggae, disco, and rumba, he started by playing various instruments when he was young before discovering electronic music and switching to the DJ & producing world. As a technology, arts, and animals enthusiast, Alex engages in creative coding and generative art while searching for his sound in production. His DJ sets are tailored to each occasion, whether it's a warm-up, closing set, or podcast, selecting tracks that take listeners on meticulously crafted musical journeys, often showcasing his vinyl collection. Alex runs Tilect (@tilect), a collective that has recently contributed to the Barcelona electronic music scene through various events. He has collaborated with local projects like Mostra and performed at notable venues such as Laut and Red58.

"I'm happy to share with a larger audience this DJ set that I performed last May at the lost cabin of the self-managed micro festival #perpen24. The musical selection is all about soundtracks that intermingle to create a special score for the occasion. The idea of giving the audience a cinematic experience was well received by a fantastic audience, with a high (and gratifying) commitment, love, and respect towards music and its transmitters. This small perpendicular community let itself be enchanted by this blind film, and it was wonderful. Eafhm is a multidisciplinary project created by the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages.

This project has developed different facets, including a career as an interpreter and audio producer when experimenting with a wide variety of musical sequences. It seeks the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. This project also defines the transformation of the artist that has developed under different aliases for many years.

Each interpretation is made to create an atmosphere based on sound art, generative art and Techno in its different variations.
