Founder of OSS Records and GRS, and one half of the duo Crime Painters — also known under his alias JS.TRICKS — Kamen is a genuine talent pushing the boundaries of the underground electronic music scene.

Neon Soul Society (NSS) emerged in 2025 out of a necessary rebirth. After an ownership split, what was once MP4W has been reimagined and relaunched under the new vision of Javan Clark in Bellingham, Washington.

NSS is a record label rooted in the convergence of soul, hip hop, and electronic music. We believe music can be both emotive and electrifying—voices that heal and beats that move. Our mission: to spotlight artists who defy genre boundaries, combining raw vocals with lush production, rhythmic grit, and sonic innovation.
