Hey! This track actually was an old Sans Hopes and Dreams that I started working on a bit after HPtU v2, but then immediately dropped because of I had no idea where to go with it. Then a few days ago, I started thinking about what a unique Sans HnD would sound like and moreso why Sans would fight the human if he were in Asriel's place. You know how Sans mentions he gave up on "going back" while not in referring to the surface? Basically, I thought that, with the power of a god, he could possibly "go back" to wherever that is. The point of this fight helping Sans come to terms that "going back" (literally and figuratively) isn't an option so he doesn't destroy the current reality as we know it.
It's an interesting kind of situation that I don't think has been explored that too much in AUs. Beyond that, it's a take on a unique Sans HnD that is *kind of good* in my opinion like how Megalo Fever was a very good take on a Sans BAaTH. Hope you guys enjoy! Cya!

[A Sans Hopes and Dreams] Dying For Somewhere Else

hey uh so i made a secret boss battle based on Kris' favourite piano: sisters EBONY and IVORY. it sounds SO GOOD

but i cancelled it. here's why:

1. it sounds too much like hopes and dreams. at this stage, i think i want to improve by making OG music.
2. ebony and ivory use a magic wand to emit cyan and orange attacks. we've already got siblings in suits who use staffs (cough cough weather people)
3. having two secret bosses that look identical is LAZY. with astrochew and rerunner being cool and stuff, i'd love to exercise my creativity.
4. with the piano teased on the sweepstakes, it is way too important to be a secret boss.
5. they are huge compared to jevil and spamton

i'm leaving it here because i worked (too) hard on it
feel free to turn this into your own thing. adopt the shining twins if you want.

this is the fight theme for ZOMBLEED. she is my secret boss for Chapter 6, a manifestation of kris' fears of being human. that's why she's both a zombie and a cheerleader. she emits the character 'x' a lot. you fight her alongside ralsei on a raft, riding a BLOOD SLIDE yay!!

i was thinking that she was the embodiment of a human civilisation that died due to a previous roaring and that kris was the sole survivor. then i realised. THE ROARING destroys the ENTIRE WORLD. so SCREW THAT IDEA! 

this is one of my more experimental tracks so things might sound clashing. i hope this qualifies as an original orange soul track because there hasn't been any before (maybe DESPAIR??)
