Welcome to my mix series entitled Perceptions. I had this concept of having my mixes kind of tell a story, whether it be something that happened in my personal life or something that inspired me to make a certain mix during that time. 

This can be seen as an audiobook through music I enjoy; and through the music you can choose how you want to "perceive" the story. By doing it this way I can keep this "book" going for as long as needed.

Each "chapter" will be different from time to time because I want to be versatile and I would like to explore new genres to mix to get out of my comfort zone

Honestly, I've been holding on to this mix for months because I couldn't get the vibe right. It was also difficult because I don't usually mix in major. So here's a somewhat happier mix but sad at the same time about finding comfort in times of distress.

For those of you who asked for a heavier mix, here it is.

Chapter 6: When These Moments Fade

When I said “see ya’ll next year” in the mix prior, I really didn’t actually mean a whole year.😂 So to make up for it, here’s a little longer mix than usual.

Chapter 7: In The Midst of Despair

Chapter 8: Underneath The Crimson Sky

Here's the house mix from me no one asked for. This mix was supposed to come out last year but what busy moving and whatnot. Tried to incorporate different genres of house such as bass house, deep house, tech house, etc. More than anything, this could be considered a Knock2 inspired mix.

Hope you guys like this one, most if not all of these songs I was able to DJ live at my sisters wedding, friends parties, and more during the past year.

Chapter 9: Thoughts Of Sonder

Chapter 10 marks my 20th mix ever since starting this music project, and of course I had to go back to my roots: melodic bass/ melodic dubstep. For this mix, I wanted to make it special and try incorporating a little bit of each chapter into one. So please excuse the length of this mix, there were so many songs I wanted to use since taking a break off these genres for 2 mixes. Hope this Illenium/Blanke inspired mix helps those who are still healing from their wounds and or longing for better days.

Chapter 10: In Desiderium

Probably the most different type of mix I've done to date. For this mix, I wanted to shed some "light" on a genre that I've been super into lately; Cinematic Bass. I've been wanting to make a set/mix that focuses on the story telling aspect while taking you on a journey from beginning to end. While listening to this, I hope that the narrator guides you through each scene as it did in my mind. The experience will hit different, I promise!

Chapter 13: An Everlasting Euphoria

Hey ya'll, I finished this just in time for Halloween this year. This is probably going to be the last Halloween mix I will ever do because long story short, I literally ran out of different variations of how I can make a spooky type of mix but also making it feel like "me" besides making it trap, midtempo, dubstep, etc.

Therefore, hope you guys like this final Halloween mix from me, definitely not the best thing I put out for sure, but happy that I finished it in time for the holiday.

Welcome to my new mix series entitled Perceptions. I had this concept of having my mixes kind of tell a story through music I enjoy; and through the music you can choose how you want to "perceive" the story. By doing it this way I can keep this "book" going for as long as I want.

Each "chapter" will be different from time to time because I want to DJ some house and dubstep and whatnot.
