Mo's Ferry release #57 is a vinyl re-release of two true classics from the label catalogue. Dapayk & Padberg “Island” is a special result of a collaboration with the American singer and producer Caro. The original track came out in 2007 on their second album “Black Beauty”. But the choice for this record is the “Swimming Circles Remix” by the Parisian dj and producer duo Noze (of Circus Company and Get Physical fame). Originally released on the B side of “Black Beauty Rmxs Pt.2” the remix developed into a prominent long runner for the artists and the label. In 2005 “Emergency” by Dapayk & Midnight marked the birth of Mo's Ferry's first sublabel fenou. The 10inch record was released as a limited edition of 1.000 copies, each stamped by hand with a consecutive number. This first and only edition is out of stock for years now and if you're lucky you can buy a rare copy on Discogs. Reason enough to bring this track on a new Mo's Ferry vinyl release.

The Round Table Knights now come up with a super-efficient and bass driven edit of the lead single «Candlelight» feat. Robert Owens. «We really love this track but the original version is too much 'radio' and we wanted to have an edit that suits the vibe of our sets,» says Marc from the Round Table Knights. We'll open the doors at 21:00 for a relaxed intro into the evening, come by for a drink and mingle. At 23:00 Get Physical's MANTU opens the evening, followed by Tobias Gullberg of Crime City Disco. Swedens Dorisburg (Aniara) Joins us next, playing a Live show; followed by our Special Guest with a Detroit Techno Vinyl dj set. Smash TV (Get Physical / B-Pitch) will take over after that. Bring your friends, have a drink, let loose.

we thought long about how to deal with Martin Dawson's passing, as we have a long scheduled release tomorrow, and it feels strange promoting your new EP when still mourning the loss of a friend.

As it is (technically) very difficult to postpone a release on the next day, and as we believe that Martin would not have wanted this either, we decided to go ahead with it.

As a final goodbye, we would like to give you a free download of our favourite OFF Recordings track of his.
