3.11.2021 / Eva Falt fell in love with the techno scene in 2004 in London and since then she´s been it´s faithful observer. Events of last year, the longing for musical club experiences and slowing of time gradually led her to Ableton, dusting off the old controller until the decision to master CDJs. What began as innocent fun has twisted with unexpected intensity during 2021. Together with djs Slater and ka.za, she found the Weltraum collective, has both club and festival performances behind her and continues in enthusiastic discovering of her new role on the Prague techno scene.

3.11.2021 / Eva Falt se do techno scény zamilovala v roce 2004 v Londýně a od té doby je její věrnou pozorovatelkou. Události loňského roku, stesk po hudebních klubových zážitcích a zpomalení času ji dovedly postupně k Abletonu, oprášení starého kontroleru až po rozhodnutí ovládnout CDJs. Co začalo jako nevinná zábava se v průběhu roku 21 zvrhlo s nečekanou intenzitou. Spolu s djs Slaterem a ka.za založila kolektiv Weltraum, má za sebou klubová i festivalová vystoupení a pokračuje v nadšeném objevování své nové role na pražské techno scéně.

Bio:
Min8 (The Warehouse, Half.Half) bắt đầu sự nghiệp năm 2013, và chỉ vài năm sau đó, anh đã trở thành một cái tên thân thuộc trong underground scene tại Hà Nội. Âm nhạc của Min8 như một dải hoà âm nhịp nhàng của House, Techno xen lẫn những giai điệu cổ điển của Trance thập niên 90'. Bên cạnh những thành tựu đã gặt hái được tại Việt Nam, Min8 cũng đã đánh dấu được bản thân trong một số events và clubs tại Châu Á như Epizode, Equation, Tag Chendu,... và cả Châu Âu, đặc biệt là tại Berlin vào năm 2019. Từng là resident DJ tại Savage (Hà Nội) nhưng hiên nay thì anh đang nắm giữ chức vụ giám đốc âm nhạc tại The Warehouse (Hà Nội). Chính anh là người đã tạo ra chuỗi sự kiện Half.Half và đang theo đuổi dự án này với mong muốn có thể kết nối và truyền tải giá trị nghệ thuật của các nghệ sĩ Việt Nam tới nhiều cộng đồng nghệ sĩ trên thế giới.

Min8 (The Warehouse, Half,Half) started his career since 2013 in Hanoi and a few year later, he became a dynamic DJ of Hanoi music underground scene. His music is a harmonic combination of House, Techno and 90s Trancey sounds, with no limit in mixing or need to differentiate genres in a music flow. Along with his remarkable achievements in Vietnam, Min8 also gets his name at outbound events and clubs in Asia and Europe, especially tagging his name to Berlin in 2019. Min8 had a time working for Savage (Hanoi) as a resident DJ, and as a music director with The Warehouse from 2020 til now. He also hosts (Half.Half) - an event series with missions of connecting and delivering the value of art and music from local artists to overseas communities.

@barnemax is a French artist currently based in Leipzig. His musical identity is shaped around downtempo music, with a delicate combination of vivid and deep kicks, and mystical, dark and experimental textures around. The influence around his music is quite wide: deep and tribal techno, bass music, with even some trip hop elements on top of that.

He has featured with many great podcast channels such as @monochromeasso or @anodynicfrequencies.

Submarine volcanoes are underwater vents or fissures in the Earth's surface from which magma can erupt. Many submarine volcanoes are located near areas of tectonic plate formation, known as mid-ocean ridges. The volcanoes at mid-ocean ridges alone are estimated to account for 75% of the magma output on Earth. 
Even though most submarine volcanoes do not produce the spectacular eruption events of some of their land counterparts, undersea volcanic activity is a constant process that shapes the features of the ocean. When magma reaches the level of the seafloor, it meets cold ocean water and quickly cools to form basaltic rock, often termed “pillow lava” due to its rounded shape. This pillow lava, along with slower-cooling magma beneath it, forms the vast majority of oceanic crust.
There are two types of sounds generated by submarine eruptions: One created by the slow release and bursting of large lava bubbles, while the other one is created by quick explosions of gas bubbles. Using this method to be able to distinguish the two can help measure the related affects on marine animals and ecosystems, the volume and composition of the lava flow can also be estimated and built into a model to extrapolate potential effects.
Scientists have been able to connect sounds to sights in both types of eruptions. In 2009, a video camera and a hydrophone were floating 1,200 meters below sea level in the Pacific Ocean near Samoa, watching and listening as the West Mata Volcano erupted in several ways. Putting video and audio together let researchers learn the sounds made by slow lava bursting and the different noises made by hundreds of gas bubbles.

Submarine volcanoes may also have a big impact in climat change and global warming : with ice melting, pressure of these volcanoes drops and eruptions increase. These eruptions release CO2, which further increases the warming and melting of the ice, in a feedback loop that precipitates the planet into a warm era.

Equipped with a background in classical music, she can rely upon a profound understanding of musicality, spontaneity and the inner mechanisms of a dancefloor – qualities highlighted throughout her emotive DJ sets. Displaying a broad range of textures and applying impressive rhythmic dexterity, she shares her tastes through subtle house & techno landscapes, comfortably intertwining functional qualities with the genres’ quirky fringes. With a release on seminal techno imprint Rekids under her belt and more coming up, Honorée’s future does look bright indeed.
