The title track 'Talk In Space' takes us in a peaceful and happy mood. The piano and the other instruments lead the track, the break is like a deep meditation with an amazing vocal what is harmonizing with the sounds of nature. 

You can find the same quality in the second track on the release "The Sighed Voice', this one has similar elements, but different instruments. The big break like a deep inhale in the forest, you can hear some birds singing in the background. Easy to be lost in this track. The drop put you back to the ground and you can continue your journey with the soft melodies.

The latest in our free download series comes from label artist Brian Cid. The NYC based producer is coming off his third project for us entitled 'Pluto'. Released earlier this year, the four track EP featured three organic, groovy and sonically distinctive creations, along with a magical 12 minute remix from Marvin & Guy. The project earned play and support from Tale Of Us, DJ Tennis, Roman Flügel, Adriatique, Ame, Damian Lazarus, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Gardens Of God and more; while reaching #1, #2 and #3 in Indie Dance, Electronica, Progressive House and Deep House respectively. 

As a thank you for the amazing support we're giving away one of Brian's most sought after, unreleased tracks entitled 'Welcome Them'. Long a staple of Brain's live shows; it's supernatural narrative has been a mood setter on his travels all throughout 2017, as he describes "This is the moment humans connect with intergalactic beings. A mellow fantasy of red lights, slowly pulsating while covered in fog between dark valleys. A joyful celebration for this long awaited encounter creates the backdrop for a beat that slowly swells into snare thunders and rolling bass. Hoomidaas Records is the record label of the DJ/artist/producer/multi-instrumentalist Armen Miran along with his partner Christina Acobiance. The word Hoomidaas is a stylized acronym for the phrase “who made us”, paying homage to how past narratives shape the present moment. Armen states, "I would not be who I am if it wasn’t for my past." This shows that he holds a deep respect for experiential knowledge above all else and intends to capture that through this label venture. Furthermore, when isolated as “hoom” in Armenian it means “raw” and when artists are invited to be a part of Hoomidaas releases Armen asks them to imagine what the raw part of the sun (the other side of the sun that we cant see) would look like. He loves to challenge their perspectives and hear what experiential wisdom emanates from his fellow creators. 
 
The music, artists, and artwork/design are a huge priority for Armen. His mission is to hand-craft every aspect of Hoomidaas adding to its memorable intrigue via his experiences travelling and playing shows. He tells us that, "a few years ago I played a 12 hour set surrounded by the most beautiful artwork all over the walls of the space. That space is called Rambalkoshe. Since then we have been collaborating with Rambalkoshe and they’re who made our vision and art design come to life for many of the illustrations associated with the label." The synchronistic nature of the partnerships he embarks on are a strong indicator that intuition combined with drive can take you somewhere truly magical. 
 
Currently the label works with a handful of artists. They have each of their artists release a mix on their mix series called “Midaas” which comes out every two months. Additionally the label releases bi-annual compilations, one in the summer called “Hoom Side of the Sun” and one for the winter called “Hoom Side of the Moon”.
