Marking a decade on France’s bass-heavy underground, Noizion Recordz fires off French Ruff, a 15-track compilation that serves as a rough mirror to the polished French Touch's sound. Rather than rejecting that heritage, it reflects its glossy surfaces back through a prism of grit, weight and sub-low physicality—capturing the raw energy that has fuelled the label since day one.

Across the compilation, deep dubstep pressure, smouldering UKG mutations, and rattling breakbeats unfold with a cinematic sense of space. It’s music built for concrete floors, late-night fog, and sound systems pushed deep into the red.

French Ruff reads less like a retrospective than a statement of identity. Ten years in, Noizion Recordz stands confidently in its own reflection—gritty, immersive, and fiercely dedicated to the ruff edges of French bass music. A celebration of the artists who shaped its path and those driving it forward, it captures the label’s past and future in one heavy, uncompromising snapshot.

Gina B is a Manchester based Promoter and DJ with a focus on representing a diverse and inclusive club music scene. Since founding her brand ‘Lucid Juice’ in 2019, Gina has curated hefty lineups across multiple genres of electronic music with huge success. Her passion for high energy bass driven sounds has inspired her to venture into DJing where she incorporates a mixture of dubstep, footwork & jungle into her regular sets on Subtle Radio. This mix is an exercise of her love for 160bpm, spanning through half-time, jungle, and ghetto-techno -  with an aim to create a fast paced, club-like energy.
