Ferals were born in mid 2012following a few months of writing and planning from vocalist/guitarist, Matt Dryden. Soon after, Matt recruited high school acquaintance and drummer, Matt Porter and began work on the initial material in a bedroom in their home town of Huddersfield.
The duo recruited bass guitarist, Corey Clough-Howard after he replied to an advert the band had posted around music stores and coffee shops in their home town, Huddersfield 
The band went on to record White Gold at Luck Lane Studios, where they also rehearse, and began to receive airplay from BBC Introducing and some great reviews and interviews.
2013 will surely be a great year for Ferals, who are looking to play many shows and festivals and look to release an EP in the near future.


Valentina Dimmito aka ValeLuminal is an Italian Sound designer based in Berlin.
After being studied sound design at the Vancouver Film School, she started her career in 2013 creating sound for Nickelodeon, Netflix and different visual projects and documentaries between US and across Europe.
The passion for the field recordings combined with the art of foley and the use of modular is the result of the creation of immersive soundscape.
She released her first EP last March, “𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞”, a mix of deep experimental noise and atmospherics sound-world.
