Growing up in Vancouver, I graduated from highschool in 1976 so I was 19yrs and legal in 1978 when Disco was in full swing. We used to go to a club called "Sugar Daddy's" which is now "Brandi's Show Lounge" on Hornby St. Thought I'd do a set that has that same VIBE from back then. All tracks are remixes, edits or covers of the originals. Hard to believe its been 46 years!! Cheers!!!!

Born in 1958, and raised in Vancouver British Columbia, the early 60s were the beginning of HoserPoser's formative years. 

The Beatles, Sly & The Family Stone and The Rolling Stones were his first musical influences and the beat goes on from there through the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s etc...to present.

The Hoser always wanted to be a DJ but things and responsabilties got in the way for a while. He's a Late starter with a vast mental and tangibal repertoire of great musical gems and various vibes. 

After many years of discovery and practice, HoserPoser considers himself an accomplished Throwback, Eclectic DJ who loves to rework and revive old music. He is also a purveyor of House, Funk, Jazz, R&B, Soul, NuDisco, D&B, Jungle, Balearic and Classic Rock. 

Being a resident of Terrace BC, Ron has performed at the local Valhallfest music festival several times and has had the honour of warming up the stage for headliners like Fort Knox Five and Slynk.
